How do Sensor Golf’s Foot Force Plates Work

We detect the force generated under the toe and heel of each foot independently with 4 sensors (1 sensor left and 1 right on each heel and each ball of the foot). If you are forward or back, left or right the force will be detected. These forces are relayed to a circuit board and program which converts the signal and displays light and sound. Force is shown in 3 colours, low force (yellow) medium force (green) and high force (red + audible tone). On each Force Plate there is a display panel which shows two lights, one forward and back. The display panel also has a symbol for power on/off and charging port for a mini USB charge plug in cable.
